The AITTA Shelter is more than just a shelter. Instead of a fixed configuration, the structure can be extended in different directions, opened up by leaving out selected walls, or complemented with elements such as planters. This flexibility allows each shelter to become a welcoming outdoor space shaped around its surroundings and intended use.
 
The size can be tailored to the needs of each project. Timber elements can be treated with colourless or tinted oil, allowing the natural character of the wood to remain visible while giving the structure a finish suited to its surroundings.
 
Like the rest of the AITTA collection, the shelter is made from durable solid timber and steel and designed for demanding public environments. It works equally well in parks, residential courtyards, schools, playgrounds and waterfront areas, and can be combined naturally with other AITTA products, including benches, stools, table sets and planters.
