LYYRA Table set

The Lyyra block, completed in 2024 in Helsinki’s Hakaniemi district, is a fresh, timeless, and sustainably produced urban environment that includes office spaces, residential buildings, hotels, and restaurants.

For this project, we designed a new furniture collection, LYYRA, that leans towards the modern and elegant landscape of the area. The collection’s benches and tables are made of thin, slightly futuristic steel elements that change their appearance as the arrangement and color of the furniture is varied.

At this stage, the collection includes a table, bench, and armchair, but the collection will be expanded with new furniture. A stylish dark brown hue, consistent with the metal parts of the surrounding buildings, was chosen as the color scheme for the Lyyra block.
